In Korea, Fried Chicken and Beer is a staple food pairing, shortened as Chi-Maek. We recognised the need for authentic Korean Fried Chicken and so Chick and Beers was born - aiming to deliver the freshest, crispiest most succulent fried chicken all made to order.

Our focus is upon quality, and that means we take time at all stages. From butchery of the chicken, to marinating overnight, to the eventual frying in our special flour recipe.
